That the El Paso City Council hereby renames a portion of the street currently known as Rosa Avenue to Hope Court, beginning at Raynolds Street and ending at Revere Street, illustrated on Exhibit “A” attached to the Resolution and in compliance with the El Paso City Code 19.15.140, and authorizes the City Manager to take the necessary steps to change the name herein described.
