A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign an Advance Funding Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Department of Transportation, for the design and construction of the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Program grant improvements, “Brown St. Shared Use Path” project, which has an estimated total project cost of $4,347,882.00 of which the estimated local government participation amount is estimated at $331,009.00 plus any cost overruns. Further, the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign all documents, agreement amendments, and perform all actions required to carry out the obligations of the City under this agreement.
