A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a Consulting and Planning Services Agreement between the City of El Paso and David Pettit Economic Development LLC dba Pettit and Ayala Consulting (“Contractor”), for Contractor to provide consulting and planning services related to Economic Development, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones, and Public Improvement Districts within the City of El Paso, for a term of 2 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years for an aggregated amount not to exceed $220,000, and reimbursements for expenses not to exceed $7,500.
