That the addition of broadband transmission poles on Mesa St. serves a public purpose of providing broadband access, infrastructure and utilities to residents and visitors of the City, the City Manager be authorized to sign a Multiple Use Agreement and between the City and the State, acting by and through TxDOT, for the use of the Mesa St. right of way for the purpose of installing and maintaining broadband poles.
