The On-Call Agreement will be for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00, and will include authorization for the City Engineer to approve additional Basic Services and Reimbursables for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 and authorization for the City Engineer to approve Additional Services for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 if the identified services are necessary for proper execution of the project and if the increased amounts are within the appropriate budget identified for the project. In addition, the City Manager is authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for execution of the On-Call Agreement.
