An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST25-00003, to allow for a professional office, front, rear and side setback reduction, and 70% parking reduction on the property described as Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 60, Franklin Heights Addition, 1514 Montana Avenue, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to Section 20.04.260 of the El Paso City Code. The penalty being as provided in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
