An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST24-00018, to allow for infill development with reduction to rear and side street setbacks on the property described as Lots 28, 29, 30, and 31, Block 23, Second Revised Map of Sunset Heights, 506 Randolph Drive, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to Section 20.10.280 Infill Development of the El Paso City Code. The penalty being as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City's Comprehensive Plan.
