The El Paso CBD IV Project scope of work is based on multiple studies and final engineering design documents including sidewalks, storm sewers, curbs and gutters, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements, bicycle improvements, driveways, traffic signals, lighting, signing, striping, landscaping and irrigation improvements.
