The property subject to this Agreement is described as 0.5069 acres (22,078 square feet) of land located in the Nellie D. Mundy Survey Number 241, in northwest El Paso. This Agreement is entered into pending the final sale of said property to the State of Texas for the construction of a portion of Highway 178.
