That the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign a two-year On-Call Agreement for Professional Services to perform appraisal services on a task order basis between the City of El Paso and each of the following three consultants: 1. CBRE, Inc. 2. Gayle-Reid Appraisal Services, Inc. 3. Lowery Property Advisors, LLC Each On-Call Agreement will be for an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand and No/00 Dollars ($100,000.00). In addition, the City Manager is authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for execution of each On-Call Agreement. Further, that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute any amendments to the agreements provided such amendments do not increase the contract amounts. Further, that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to exercise an option to extend the contracts for one year each, such option increasing each contract amount by an additional $50,000.00 for a total contract amount, including options, not to exceed $150,000.00.
