Discussion and action to authorize the expenditure of District 6 discretionary funds, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00 to fund Representative Fierro’s attendance at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials’ (NALEO) 41st Annual Conference serves a municipal purpose of setting the standard for sound governance and fiscal management and cultivating an environment conducive to strong economic development.
