Discussion and action that the Mayor be authorized to sign an Agreement between the City of El Paso and the United States Department of Transportation to receive a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant for the Ysleta Port of Entry Pedestrian and Site Improvements in the estimated total project cost amount of FOURTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($14,830,130.00) and to authorize the City Manager to make all necessary budget transfers prior to the execution of the project, provided such documents are provided by the City Attorney’s office as to form and comply with department policies and procedures.
