Discussion and action that Mass Transit Department Board, ratifies the expenditure in the amount of $310,129.00 associated with the acquisition and installation of wayside signs for the Dyer Brio from Trapeze Software Group, Inc. d/b/a Vontas on May 8, 2023 and that the City Manager or designee be granted broad authority to take all action and execute all documents necessary to effectuate the intent of this resolution.
