A Resolution approving the 2012-2022 updated Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the City of El Paso, Texas (“the Plan”) to be officially adopted with the following amendments: (1) The City’s Mission Statement is to be added, (2) The Plan is extended for an additional twelve (12) months to allow additional time to adopt a new Plan.
