An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST23-00012, to allow for infill development with reductions to minimum lot area and minimum average lot width on the property described as Lot 42, Block 20, Sun Valley Addition Section Three, 5204 Sun Valley Drive, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to section 20.10.280 Infill Development of the El Paso City Code. The penalty being as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
