Discussion and action that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Reimbursement Agreement between the City of El Paso and Jordan Foster Construction (“Contractor”), to reimburse Contractor for the construction, installation, and implementation of street improvements contained within the public right-of-way and generally located on W. Main Drive between N. Santa Fe Street and N. El Paso Street (the “Project”). Said reimbursement is limited to costs incurred by Contractor in connection with the Project and shall not exceed $830,000.00.
