That the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign an Underground Electrical and Transformer Pad Easement, granting an easement to the El Paso Electric Company to provide electrical power to the property legally described as a Portion of Section 17, Block 81, Township 2, Texas and Pacific Railway Company Surveys, and Lot 4, Block 1, Animal Services Pond, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas.
