A Resolution that the Interim City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign a Third Amendment to the Air Cargo Center Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and United Parcel Service, Inc. for 301 George Perry Blvd., Suite E, El Paso, Texas, to increase the aircraft parking apron and ground service equipment parking to 251,820 square feet, an increase of 29,820 square feet.
