Discussion on an Ordinance amending the Civil Service Rules and Regulations, Ordinance 8065, Rule 1, Sections 2 © Secretary to name the Human Resources Director or designee as Secretary; and Rule 1, Sections 9 Commission Recorder to enable the person carrying out the duties of the recorder to enable the person carrying out the duties of the recorder to be a city employee hired in alignment with the City Charter.
