A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign a Lessor’s Approval of Assignment by and between the City of El Paso (“Lessor”), Mansfield Gas Equipment Systems Corporation (“Assignor”), and Clean Energy DBA California Clean Energy, Inc. (“Assignee”) for the following described property: A portion of Lot 2 Block 2, Butterfield Trail Aviation Park, Unit 2, El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, consisting of 64,400 square feet of land or 1.478 acres, more or less, as more fully depicted in Exhibit "A" of the Resolution.
