Discussion and action that the City of El Paso City Council authorizes the submission of an application to the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) Fiscal Year 2025 Economic Adjustment Assistance (EAA) grant program ("Grant Program") requesting funds in the amount of $400,000.00 from the Grant Program, with a $270,000.00 match required from the City, for a total of $670,000.00 for the Ysleta Port of Entry Short-Term Improvements Feasibility Study.
