That the Mayor is authorized to sign a Memorandum of Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and The Texas A&M Engineering Service on behalf of its Texas A&M Task Force 1, to increase the effectiveness of the TX-TFI Water Rescue Program to begin on the date of the last signature and shall be in force until March 31, 2025.
