An Ordinance changing the zoning of a portion of Section 13 and 14, Block 81, Township 2, Texas and Pacific Railroad Surveys, 7000 Alabama Street, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from R-2 (Residential) and R-3 (Residential) to C-3 (Commercial), and imposing conditions. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed rezoning meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
