A refund to Texas Title Company, in the amount of $3,305.20 for an overpayment made on October 1, 2024 of 2023 taxes, Geo. # S099-000-0010-1200. This action would allow us to comply with state law which requires approval by the legislative body of refunds of tax overpayments greater than $2,500.00.
