An Ordinance releasing all conditions placed on property by Ordinance No. 16396 and 18811 which changed the zoning of Tracts 10A, 10B, 10B2C, 10D, 11B, 12A, 12B, 15A, 15J, 15J1, and 15J1A, Block 2, Ysleta Grant, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed condition release meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
