Yandell Drive, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from R-4/H (Residential/Historic) to R-MU/H (Residential Mixed Use/Historic) and approving a Master Zoning Plan with reduction to minimum district area required and 100% parking reduction. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code.
