Discussion and action that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to effectuate the listed budget transfer, attached to the Resolution as Exhibit A, for the Capital Improvement Department in support of allocating investment interest proceeds to complete QoL Projects for Proposition 1 from the 2012 Quality of Life bond proceeds for capital expenditures associated with the Chalio Acosta Recreational Center HVAC Systems.
