Discussion and action that the City Council declares the expenditure of District 7 discretionary funds, in an amount not to exceed $34,000 for traffic safety improvements on Castner Drive, serves the municipal purpose of enhancing and sustaining the community’s transportation network. Further, that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to effectuate any budget transfers and execute any contracts and/or related documents necessary to ensure that the funds are properly expended for the municipal purpose.
