Award Summary: Discussion and action that the Managing Director of the Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Department be authorized to issue Purchase Order(s) to Vigilant Solutions, LLC, the sole source provider and to maintain standardization for the Vigilant Commercial Data investigative platform, for a term of three (3) years for an estimated amount of $216,884.88. This contract will allow the Police Department to continue to have access to license plates data. Contract Variance: The difference based in comparison to the previous contract is as follows: An increase of $47,339.88 for the initial term, which represents a 27.92% increase due to the addition of twenty seven (27) cameras to the contract.
