That the Mayor be authorized to sign an lnterlocal Agreement between the City of El Paso and the El Paso County Juvenile Board, on behalf of the El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department, for the handling, detaining, and apprehending of juveniles in the El Paso County pursuant to statutory provisions set forth in Title Ill, Juvenile Justice Code of the Texas Family Code.
