A Resolution to authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign an Advance Funding Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Department of Transportation, for a Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) project on Montwood Drive from Noviembre Drive to Ratner Circle, including school zone improvements, the installation of dynamic speed feedback signs, and installation of pavement markings, which has an estimated total project cost of $41,350.03 of which the estimated local government participation amount is estimated at $3,935.00 plus any cost overruns. Further, that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign all documents, agreement amendments, and perform all actions required to carry out the obligations of the City under this agreement.
