Discussion and action on a Resolution that the Proposed Budget, as amended, for the City of El Paso, filed by the City Manager with the City Clerk on July 15, 2024, is hereby approved and adopted by the City Council as the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year 2024 - 2025, which begins on September 1, 2024 and ends on August 31, 2025.
