A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to assign the Lessor's Approval of Assignment by and among the City of El Paso, Almond Opportunity, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company ("Assignor"), and 220 S 17th, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company ("Assignee") for the following described property: A portion of Lots 4 and 5, Block 8, Butterfield Trail Industrial Park Unit One, Replat "A", in the City of El Paso, Texas, as more particularly described by metes and bounds in the lease, and commonly known as 8 Zane Grey, El Paso, Texas.
