2. Consideration and possible action on awarding/rejection of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Professional Consulting Services for Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the contract.
3. Consideration and possible action on awarding/rejection of Request for Proposal (RFP) #2025-035 City of Eagle Pass Union Pacific Railroad Quiet Zone and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute contract.
4. Consideration and possible action authorizing the purchase of two automated residential solid waste collection trucks from Rush Truck Centers, to replace Units 1005 and 1007 (2015 models) in an amount not to exceed $805,273.46.
5. Consideration and possible approval of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of the “City of Eagle Pass, Texas Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (Eagle Pass Public Improvement District No. 1 Improvement Area #1 Project)”; approving and authorizing an indenture of trust, a bond purchase agreement, a limited offering memorandum, a continuing disclosure agreement and other agreements and documents in connection with said bonds; making findings with respect to the issuance of said bonds; and providing an effective date.
6. 7. Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.071 discussion, and possible action regarding Ordinance 2020-22 and possible change of rate of gross revenue payments to the City of Eagle Pass by the City of Eagle Pass Water Works System.
