Introductory ordinance of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, amending the FY 2025–2026 budget of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, to implement position title adjustments and adding new FTE’s across multiple departments; authorizing the use of available revenue surplus and grant funds to fund the amendment; finding that the meeting at which this ordinance is passed is open to the public as required by law; providing a severability clause; providing for publication, and establishing an effective date.
