1. Consideration and possible approval to allow the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with Terex USA, LLC through a co-op agreement with Sourcewell Contract #110421-TER for the purchase of an aerial lift truck for the Public Works Department for an amount not to exceed $270,000.00. The aerial truck was approved in the annual budget fiscal year 2025-2026.
2. Consideration and possible action awarding/rejection of Request for Proposal (RFQ)#2026-005 City of Eagle Pass Design and Build of Recycling Collection Center and authorize City Manager ​to ​negotiate and execute the contract.
3. Consideration and possible approval for the purchase of furniture and equipment for the Alfonso Mallen Gymnasium in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00, funding is available in the Capital Improvement Fund.
4. An Introductory ordinance of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, amending Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.4, of the Code of Ordinances to modify development standards within the “R-6” third one family dwelling district in order to promote housing affordability and efficient land use.
5. Second reading of an ordinance of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, amending Appendix A, Section 7.2, of the Code of Ordinances to modify development standards within the “R-4” Townhouse Residence District in order to promote housing affordability and efficient land use; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative; providing a severability clause; and declaring an effective date.
6. An Introductory ordinance of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, amending Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.1.2, of the Code of Ordinances to modify development standards within the “R-3(F)” Fourplex Dwelling District in order to promote housing affordability and efficient land use.
7. An Introductory ordinance of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, amending Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.6, of the Code of Ordinances to modify development standards within the “R-8" High Density Single Family Dwelling District in order to promote housing affordability and efficient land use.
8. An Introductory ordinance of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, amending Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, Section 7.5, of the Code of Ordinances to modify development standards within the "R-7" Fourth One Family Dwelling District in order to promote housing affordability and efficient land use.
9. Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.087, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code – Deliberation regarding economic development negotiations – Discuss economic development amendment regarding Chapter 380 Agreement with H2EP LLC.; and possible action in open session.
10. Presentation and possible action allowing the City Manager to amend the agreement between the City of Eagle Pass and LJA Engineering, Inc., entered into on July 8, 2024, for the amendment to the Camino Real International Bridge Presidential Permit to include the Donation Acceptance Program (DAP) phase.
11. Second reading of an ordinance of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 2025-37, the FY 2025–2026 budget of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas, to implement position title adjustments and adding new full-time employees across multiple departments; authorizing the use of available revenue surplus and grant funds to fund the amendment; and allowing contributions to others for Eagle Pass Youth Center.
