2. Consideration and possible approval between the City of Eagle Pass Fire Department and Heat Safety Equipment LLC, for the purchase of self-contained breathing apparatus and specialized accessories, not to exceed $456,447.19.
3. Consideration and possible approval of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Eagle Pass, Texas authorizing the purchase of certain real property to be used for the operation of a domestic violence shelter; finding that the acquisition serves a public purpose; authorizing the city manager to execute all documents necessary to complete the purchase of the property; authorizing the city to lease the property to Manos Unidas through Organization for Distaster Relief, a local non-profit organization, for the purpose of operating a domestic violence shelter; providing for confidentiality of the property location for the safety and protection of victims; finding compliance with the open meetings act; providing a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
4. Consideration and possible approval of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Eagle Pass authorizing the execution of an Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Westlake shared-use path project.
