5. Consideration and possible approval/rejection of RFP#2026-011 City of Eagle Pass Federal Legislative and Lobbying Consulting Services and authorization for the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00 annually.
6. Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.087, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code – Discussion on an amendment to the Chapter 380 Agreement between City of Eagle Pass and Project Robin; and return to open session for possible action.
7. Consideration and possible action to direct the Charter Review Commission to undertake specified review topics, and to identify and recommend additional amendments, for consideration in the 2027 Charter Amendment Election.
