Discussion and possible action to approve Requisition 5240 in the amount of $183,615.00 for the purchase of a New Marathon Gemini Xtreme Horizontal Baler & New Marathon Pit Infeed Conveyor from HMS Recycling Equipment Sales and Services for the Public Works Department- Recycling Center through Sourcewell Contract #010825-MEC, and authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order (P.O.) in accordance with City procurement policies.
3. Consideration and possible action to allow City Manager to enter into an agreement with LJA for Camino Real International Bridge Expansion Design.
4. Discussion and possible action authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Corazon Ministries, Inc. for the placement and operation of Naloxone vending machines at Fire Station #1 for the purpose of increasing public access to opioid overdose reversal medication and related harm reduction resources.
