  3. Consideration and possible action authorizing the City Manager to notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) that the City elects Option B in response to the Notice of Interest, declining to enter into a Right-of-Entry Contract (“ROE-C”) and instead pursuing negotiations with CBP for the purchase of, or an easement interest in, City property located near the planned border barrier system construction projects identified as DRT-EGT-R1225E, DRT-EGT-R1225E-1, DERT-EGT-R1225E-2, and DRT-EGS-R1105E; and authorizing the City Manager to take all necessary actions incident thereto.
  4. Discussion and possible action on a proposed Term Sheet Master Project Agreement received from Puerto Verde Global Trade Bridge Project.
  5. Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code–Consultation with attorney regarding the Fire and EMS Services Agreement with Maverick County; and any other matter incident thereto and possible action in open session regarding same.
  6. Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 551 Sections 551.071, and 551.072 discussion and possible action in open session regarding a possible interlocal agreement with the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas; and any other incident matter thereto.
  7. Consideration and possible approval of Change Order #1 in the amount of $139,000.00 for the Recycling Center project to include all final design-build efforts for the construction of new facilities.
  8. Discussion and possible action regarding an all-way stop-controlled warrant analysis report and the current process to add and remove stop signs through ordinance amendment.
