1. Consider a resolution authorizing the approval of a five-year agreement with AXON Enterprise, Inc. for a contract renewal and the acquisition, utilization, and maintenance of AXON’s comprehensive public safety technology platform with a total 5-year contract not to exceed $1,400,000.00.
2. Consider a Resolution authorizing a contract with Vertosoft through the Texas DIR contract DIR-CPO-5327 for OpenGov Budget and Planning software in the amount of $138,523.68 over a three year period.
3. Consider a Resolution authorizing a contract for lease of fiber services with Segra for an estimated amount of $1,211,000.00 over the next ten years.
4. Consider a Resolution approving an amendment to the Solid Waste Disposal Agreement by and between Waste Management of Texas, Inc. and the City of Duncanville to increase contract rates by 4.77% for solid waste disposal, effective October 1, 2025.
5. Consider a Resolution approving an amendment to the Municipal Materials Management Agreement by and between Republic Services of Texas, LTD. and the City of Duncanville to increase contract rates by 4.9% for residential collection and commercial services, effective October 1, 2025.
6. Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Duncanville, Texas, authorizing the purchase of seventy-eight (78) firearms and related accessories through the interlocal purchasing buyboad contract number 698-23 in the expenditure amount not to exceed $80,000; Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee to execute the necessary documents related to said expenditures; and, providing for an effective date.
7. <table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" id="isPasted"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" style="width: 100%;">City Council shall convene into closed session pursuant to Section 551.072, 551.087 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease of real properties, being located east of Santa Fe Trail, north of Danieldale Road, west of Cockrell Hill Road, and south of Camp Wisdom Road, and to seek legal advice from City Attorney regarding such real property.
8. Consider a Resolution authorizing an amendment to the services agreement with Locality Media, Inc dba First Due, adding the training record and assets and inventory modules to the fire records management system (RMS) in an a total expenditure amount not to exceed $152,969.71 over the next four (4) years and six (6) months.
9. Consider a Resolution approving the terms and conditions of Amendment No. 3 to the Household Hazardous Waste Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County and the City of Duncanville, Texas, to provide household hazardous waste services, including a disposal event and disposal services at the Dallas County fixed-site Home Chemical Collection Center from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, as part of the Dallas Area Household Hazardous Waste Network, for a cost not to exceed $57,700.00.
