- Consider a Resolution approving an amendment to the Municipal Materials Management Agreement by and between Republic Waste Services of Texas, LTD. and the City of Duncanville to extend the contract term and establish a new contract expiration date of September 30, 2027.
- Consider a Resolution authorizing an amendment to add additional desktop inventory services and to descope non-inventory Texas Water Development Board funds from the Service Line Material Inventory and Replacement Agreement with MRB Group, P.C., reducing the total contract price from $3,308,253.30 to a total amount not to exceed of $2,206,423.35.
- Consider a Resolution acknowledging receipt of documentation and commitment from KKMD Investments, LLC pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement for 730 E. IH20.
- City Council shall convene into closed session pursuant to Section 551.072, 551.087 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease of real properties, being located east of Santa Fe Trail, north of US 67, west of Cockrell Hill Road, and south of Camp Wisdom Road, and to seek legal advice from City Attorney regarding such real property.
