1. Consider a Resolution awarding a bid and authorizing a cooperative purchasing agreement with Prime Controls, L.P., for on-demand Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition software programming support and telemetry instrumentation repairs at water storage facilities through City of Grand Prairie Contract 58721 for a one-year term with a renewal option for three additional one-year terms, in an estimated contract amount not to exceed $135,000.00, subject to City Council appropriation.
2. Briefing on a proposed Purchase and Sale Agreement with Nationwide Services in the amount of $15,000 for a vacant surplus land parcel owned by the City of Duncanville and located at 110 W Magnolia Ln.
3. City Council shall convene into closed session pursuant to Section 551.072, 551.087 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease of real properties, being located east of Main Street, north of US 67, west of Cockrell Hill Road, and south of Camp Wisdom Road, and to seek legal advice from City Attorney regarding such real property.
