- Conduct a public hearing to consider a Community Partner Agreement between the Duncanville Community and Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) and the Better Block Foundation for the design, installation and programming of the "Duncanville Better Block" demonstration project at South Main Street and East Wheatland Road in an amount not to exceed $236,820; authorizing the DCEDC Board President to execute the agreement; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.

- <p dir="auto" data-pasted="true">The DCEDC Board of Directors shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberation Regarding Real Property), and 551.087 (Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations) to:</p><p dir="auto"><strong>(a)</strong> seek legal advice from the DCEDC Attorney; and</p><p dir="auto"><strong>(b)</strong> discuss, consider, and deliberate the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property located east of Clark Road, north of Danieldale Road, west of Cockrell Hill Road, and south of West Redbird Lane, including any economic development incentives related thereto.
