Discuss and consider approval of the Redemption of Partnership Interest Agreement between the Duncanville Community & Economic Development Corporation and Main Station Duncanville, Ltd., pursuant to which the DCEDC's economic interest in the Partnership will be redeemed for a Redemption Price of $695,000.00, and authorize the DCEDC President to execute the Agreement and all related documents.
2. Discuss and consider approval of revised and amended terms for a restated economic development incentive agreement between the Duncanville Community and Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) and Hajoca Corporation dba Moore Supply Co.
3. Conduct a public hearing to consider revised and amended terms for a restated economic development incentive agreement between the Duncanville Community and Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) and Hajoca Corporation dba Moore Supply Co.
4. <ol style="list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0.25in;"><li>The DCEDC Board of Directors shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberation Regarding Real Property), and 551.087 (Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations) to: </li></ol><p style="margin-left:.75in;"><br></p><p style="margin-left:.75in;">(a) seek legal advice from the DCEDC Attorney; and</p><p style="margin-left:.75in;">(b) discuss, consider, and deliberate the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property located east of Clark Road, north of Danieldale Road, west of Cockrell Hill Road, and south of West Redbird Lane, including any economic development incentives related thereto.
