City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.074, of the Texas Government Code, Personnel, to deliberate the duties of the City Manager under the Home Rule Charter and, pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, to seek legal advice from the City Attorney on the same topic.
10. Consider an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances by adding Chapter 12G, “Automotive Repair, Restoration and Salvage Facilities,” to regulate automotive repair, restoration, and salvage facilities; establishing annual registration requirements and fees; providing purpose and intent, definitions, licensing, operational and recordkeeping requirements, customer notice requirements, outdoor storage of inoperable vehicles, unclaimed vehicles, exemptions, enforcement, and fleet exemption appeals and variances; providing a repealing clause; providing for conflicts and severability; providing a savings clause; providing a penalty for violation of this ordinance not to exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
11. Consider a Resolution authorizing a mural permit and selection of a mural design for the Duncanville Fieldhouse, 1700 S. Main Street, Duncanville, TX 75137.
