Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on a Maintenance and Repair Services Agreement (Contract No. 2025-0062) with Piazza Construction, LLC. for miscellaneous facility maintenance and repair services in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 and authorize the interim City Manager to execute the same.
2. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on a Memorandum of Agreement (Contract No. 2025-0061) between the City of Denison and the Texas Animal Health Commission to provide security services through the presence of marked patrol vehicles and uniformed law enforcement officers during livestock shipment inspections operations and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute same.
