2. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on an Agreement for On-Call Planning Services (Contract No. 2025-0065) with Plummer Associates, Inc. for on-call modeling and planning support for City of Denison projects for an amount not to exceed $300,000, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
3. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on approving an amendment to the FY2025 Budget as it relates to the General Fund due to the reassignment of Code Mowing (Division 038) under Development Services to Right-of-Way/Demolition (Division 058) under Public Works.
