- Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on the First Amendment to Agreement to Provide Limited Professional Services between the City of Denison and Shield Engineering Group, LLC, increasing the original amount from $45,000 to $190,000 to include additional services to be performed related to engineering plan review, drainage study reviews, flood study reviews, traffic study reviews and other services associated with engineering plan review, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
