Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on approving the Ad Valorem Tax Assessment and Collection Contract (Contract No. 2025-0072) between Grayson County and the City of Denison, increasing the collection fee of $.90 cents per parcel to $1.10 per parcel, effective September 1, 2025, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
2. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on approval of a streets overlay services purchase proposal in the amount of $619,580.00 from Area Wide Paving, LLC and authorize the interim City Manager to execute any associated documents.
